SPARKLING WINE


The wine is produced with Passerina grapes, vinified in white at controlled temperature.
The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave with selected yeasts for a period of 50/60 days.
The colour is straw - yellow with golden reflections, the scent is intense with fragrances of fresh fruit.
