This wine is made from grapes grown in several vineyards in the Matelica area, vinified in white at controlled temperature.
It possesses a good structure, the colour is straw – yellow, with a considerable amount of fruity fragrances; to the taste it is sapid and harmonious with a particular aftertaste of bitter almonds.
