The wine is made of Montepulciano grapes from the Mount Conero area, which gives it a typical fruity wood fragrance of the Mediterranean territory .
The vinification of the grapes takes place in small steel fermentation tanks “ a cappello sommerso “ with controlled temperature. The wine acquires elegance and balance with a more or less prolonged resting period in barrels ( 35/50 hl ).
The colour is an intense ruby red with a purple reflections, turning to garnet with aging.
